Charles Phillips is a co-founder and managing partner of Recognize, a technology investment firm. Previously, he was President of Oracle. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and graduated from the Air Force Academy. He also serves on the board of directors of Paramount, American Express, Compass Inc., and the Council of Foreign Relations.
