Mike Masuku's work experience begins in 2004 at Ubisoft, where they worked as a Marketing Manager focused on introducing consumer marketing initiatives and developing strategies to increase consumer awareness and engagement for the casual games segment. Mike then moved on to ITV in 2007, where they served as a Marketing Manager for Sport & News, developing and executing marketing campaigns for ITV's sports and news programming.

In 2010, Mike joined SEGA as the Head of Mobile Marketing, responsible for planning and executing go-to-market strategies for SEGA's App Store games. Mike collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans and oversaw the production of promotional materials.

In 2014, Mike started working at Hailo as the Head of Performance Marketing, leading the growth of seven markets and launching three new cities. Mike developed demand/supply flywheel strategies and worked closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and create marketing plans that drove demand for Hailo's services.

Mike then joined Apple in 2015, initially working as a Marketing Manager for the App Store, where they advised entrepreneurs on business growth. Mike later transitioned to the role of Mentor in 2017 and then took on the role of Co-Chair for the Black@Apple UK community in 2021. In 2022, they became the Business Lead for Apple TV+, where they focused on maximizing subscriber growth, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement.

Currently, Mike is the Chief Growth Officer at Bloom Coaching, a position they assumed in 2023. In this role, they are responsible for driving the company's growth through marketing, strategic initiatives, and effective leadership. Their responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as leading growth initiatives to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and increase revenue.

Mike Masuku completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Management from De Montfort University between 1997 and 2000. Mike later pursued further education in Marketing, earning a Diploma of Education from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2003 and 2004.
