Sergio Chavez has over 19 years of experience in Production and Sanitation, including more than 10 years in supervisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Production Supervisor at Blommer Chocolate Company since September 2018, Sergio previously held the position of Production Supervisor/Manager at Pacific Cheese Co. from January 1998 to December 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing a cheese shredding and cutting operation, managing five production lines with a team of 55 hourly employees. Sergio is a graduate of James Logan High School.
