Astrid Hagedoorn is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Hoofd P&O at Bloembollenkeuringsdienst since January 2018, Astrid is responsible for shaping, implementing, and executing personnel policies within the organization. Previously, Astrid held the position of Manager HRM at Swagelok Nederland from April 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategies with those of Swagelok US. As a Senior HR Business Partner at QBrick HR & Recruitmentoptimalisatie from February 2014 to April 2016, Astrid provided advisory services to optimize HR and recruitment processes.
