Danlin Luo is currently a Finance Associate at BlocPower. Prior to this, they worked as a Real Estate Analyst at American Prosperity, LLC from September 2016 to October 2019. Before that, Danlin was an intern at RSA (The Rent Stabilization Association) from April 2016 to August 2016, where they worked as a Mortgage Analyst Intern. Danlin also interned at Cushman & Wakefield - Formerly DTZ from December 2014 to April 2015, where they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Intern. In this role, they conducted research in macroeconomic environment and regional market that were leveraged to evaluate the feasibility of commercial development projects. Danlin also performed financial modeling in Excel to analyze the profitability and alternatives for client development projects. Additionally, Danlin interviewed anchors to summarize market trends impacting in commercial real estate for new commercial projects and presented case studies as references for new commercial projects to commercial real estate team. Finally, Danlin interned at Greenland Holding Group Company Limited from July 2014 to October 2014, where they worked as a Development Intern.
Danlin Luo has a master's degree in real estate from Baruch College. Danlin also has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Hubei University. Danlin was an exchange student in accounting at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology.
