Purshotam Lalwani has extensive work experience in the field of blockchain and technology. Purshotam is currently serving as the Principal Engineering Leader at Blockfenders since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Blockchain Consultant/Advisor, Digital Transformation Consultant/Advisor, and Fintech Advisor for various companies from October 2019 onwards. In 2019, they were a Blockchain Architect at IBM, where they worked on an insurance compliance reporting project and explored Hyperledger Indy & Caliper. In 2018, they were a Blockchain Consultant for CVerification, where they helped design and implement a background verification platform. Purshotam also co-founded Kryptech and served as the CTO, working on a Supply Chain Finance solution based on Blockchain. During this time, they also provided training on blockchain technology. Prior to that, they worked as a Blockchain Consultant for ArtBot and as a Blockchain consultant and Solution Architect for AFour Technologies. In 2016, they worked as a Solutions Architect for TalentServ Consulting Pvt. Ltd., where they designed web and mobile applications for clients in the credit bureau and healthcare domains. Purshotam also worked as a Solutions Architect for Capgemini from 2011 to 2016, designing mobile and web solutions for a leading bank in the UK. In 2010, they worked as a Technical Lead for Persistent Systems, developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google.

Purshotam Lalwani obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the College of Technology & Agriculture Engineering in Udaipur. Additionally, they have certifications in IBM Blockchain Essentials, IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer, and R3 Corda Certified Developer, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
