Elena Zherdeva is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and software development. Currently employed at Block since June 2022, Elena previously worked at Microsoft on ML Platform projects utilizing Python, Scala, Spark, and Databricks. Prior roles include a research engineer position at Huawei focusing on Python and PyTorch, and software engineering internships at Lyft and Yandex, where technologies such as AWS, TensorFlow, and C++ were employed. As a co-founder and software engineer at Trilipstix, Elena contributed to the creation of an iOS app designed for makeup artists. Elena holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, complemented by education at the Yandex School of Data Analysis.
