Dustin Mills has a diverse work experience in various industries. Dustin started their career as a SharePoint Consultant at Nexocial, where they configured authorization matrices and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Dustin then joined Quantum Property Ltd. as a Business & Insider Threat Consultant, coordinating the implementation of high-priority business objectives and mitigating risks in complex shareholder struggles. At APR Maintenance, Dustin worked as an Information Technology Business Consultant, restructuring sales and finance processes and reducing operational costs through technology optimization. Dustin later joined Hamdogs, Inc. as Operations and Finance role, where they successfully opened a new business location and eliminated corporate liabilities during the pandemic. Dustin's most recent position was as a Property Manager at Village Green, where they excelled in coordinating various services and managing an apartment complex. Dustin is currently the Vehicle Cybersecurity Technical Operations Lead at Block Harbor Cybersecurity.

Dustin Mills completed a Java Developer Bootcamp at Grand Circus in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, which they started in 2021 and completed in 2022. Before pursuing their Master's degree, Dustin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Ecology (Policy, Ethics, & Research) from the University of Nevada, Reno.

In addition to their formal education, Dustin has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they earned a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA. In 2022, they achieved a CHFI Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator Certification and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council. In 2023, Dustin obtained two certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, both from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
