Sean Ristau currently serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development for Digital Assets and Alternative Investments at FusionIQ and as an Advisor, Podcast Host, and Partner at Block Fuel, both since August 2023. Ristau is a member of the Advisory Board for the Security Traders Association of Chicago and has held various advisory roles, including with TCS and the ISO International Organization for Standardization. Ristau has been involved with the FIX Trading Community as Chair of The Digital Currency & Blockchain Working Group since June 2015, focusing on integration points for digital currency in capital markets. Previously, Ristau held multiple leadership positions at Prime Trust and Bcause LLC and provided consulting services through SKR Consulting, specializing in capital markets technology and business strategies. Ristau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Colorado Technical University.
