Tasnim Bhanji is a Franchise Partner at Blo Blow Dry Bar and a Co-Owner of a self-employed venture since November 2018. Prior to this, Tasnim served as a Service Assurance Specialist at Mackenzie Investments from November 2004 to November 2018. In this role, Tasnim investigated and managed service recovery issues, supported product initiatives, and coordinated changes to applications and forms, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. Tasnim's expertise includes leading service recovery meetings, conducting root cause analyses, and managing external communications, while also facilitating product launches and improvements within the organization.
