Vincent Riff is an experienced chess professional with a diverse background in coaching and organizational roles within the chess community. Currently, Vincent serves as Co-Founder of the chess bar Blitz Society since October 2021 and as Directeur Sportif at Palamède Echecs, where responsibilities include managing competitions, lessons, and development. Previously, Vincent held the position of Directeur des opérations at Chess4kids and was involved with the FSE Fédération Suisse des Echecs as Sélectionneur national des jeunes, selecting and coaching young talents for international championships. Vincent also has experience with the Fédération française des échecs in various roles, including Sélectionneur national des jeunes and Directeur National des Jeunes. An accomplished chess coach at Philidor Mulhouse from 2003 to 2016, Vincent holds multiple degrees in sports education and coaching, including the prestigious FIDE Trainer designation.
