Alina Avram is an experienced professional in talent and culture management, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Culture at Bliss Flower Boutique since June 2022. Previously, Alina held the role of Associate at Propel International from December 2020 to June 2022 and worked as an HR and L&D Consultant at Bliss Flower Boutique from November 2019 to December 2020. Alina's extensive background in learning and development spans over a decade at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where positions included Director of Learning and Development, Learning and Development Manager, Assistant Learning and Development Manager, and Executive Task Force. Alina Avram obtained a Bachelor's degree in Roman-German Philology from Gulistan State University between 1998 and 2002.
