Edie Feinstein is an experienced operations and product development professional currently serving as the Fractional Head of Operations and Product Development at Blip and Overdrive Defense since 2024. Prior to these roles, Edie was an Operations and Supply Chain Consultant at Pelagic and co-founded GEM, where responsibilities included managing the supply chain and operations, overseeing product launches, and enhancing forecasting processes. Edie's earlier career includes leadership positions at EAT Club, The FoodWorks, and Dinner Lab, along with experience as a Fellow at Venture for America and roles in project management at Kickboard. Edie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with additional studies at the University of New South Wales and Northeastern University.
