Tiago Pinho is an experienced Product Delivery Manager with a background in product ownership and training. Currently at Blip.pt since February 2016, Tiago leads a team of seven Product Owners, managing delivery across various frontend channels for Betfair and SBG. Previous roles include Principal Product Owner and Senior Product Owner, where responsibilities encompassed backlog management, stakeholder communication, and facilitating Scrum processes. Tiago has also served as a Business Data Analyst at Vodafone and a Product Owner/Functional Analyst at Vortal, demonstrating a strong proficiency in data integration and business analysis. Additionally, Tiago is active as a Scrum Trainer for freelance projects. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Computer Science from the Faculty of Sciences University of Porto, an MSc in Services Engineering and Management, and a CAP in Professional Skills from the Business and Administration School.
