Chance Cobb has a diverse work experience. Chance co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer of Blip Energy, where they focused on making energy storage accessible, supporting renewable energy adoption, and leading successful fundraising efforts. Prior to that, Chance worked as a Real Estate Investor from 2015 to 2021. Chance also worked as an Operations Management Consultant at ScottMadden, Inc. from 2013 to 2017, specializing in utility and energy industry strategy and operations. In addition, Chance served as a Consultant at CSC Corptax in 2012. Their early career included roles as a Federal Lobbyist and Grassroots Manager at GE, where they played a significant role in government affairs and collaborated with President Obama's transition team.

Chance Cobb has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Leadership for Creative Enterprises & Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University, which was completed in 2020. They also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Consulting & Sustainable Enterprise from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
