Tim Watts is an experienced engineering and development manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Blinq since October 2024, Tim previously held the position of Development Manager at Equiem from June 2021 to October 2024 and also served as Development Manager at Flow Power for a brief period. Tim’s extensive career includes significant roles such as Software Development Manager at AusNet Services, Mondo, and Geomatic Technology, as well as Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where leadership was demonstrated in developing litigation support software. Early career highlights include positions at Ringtail Solutions Pty Ltd. Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems and Software Development from Deakin University and a Victorian Certificate of Education from Catholic College, Wodonga. Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, Tim has a proven track record of leveraging a variety of programming technologies.
