Shivi Agrawal currently leads the HR initiatives at Blinkit since January 2025, following a significant tenure as Director of Human Resources at CarDekho Group from March 2023 to December 2024. Shivi held leadership roles at Urban Company as Director of People Success and PayU as Associate Director of HR, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. Prior experience includes managing human resources at CARS24, nearbuy, Zomato, APL Apollo Tubes Ltd., and ICICI Bank, with responsibilities spanning recruitment strategy, policy drafting, performance management, and HR operations. Shivi is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Sri Venkateshwara College, University of Delhi.
