Marthe van der Horst - Gonçalves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and production roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Ambulant Team Amsterdam at Blijf Groep since March 2023, Marthe oversees multiple ambulant teams. Prior to this, Marthe worked as a Project Manager at Tover from January 2020 to March 2023 and held several positions at Active Cues - Tovertafel, including Operational Manager and Training & Service Manager from September 2015 to January 2020. Experience also includes a Production Manager role at Zodiak Nederland from December 2011 to October 2015 and production roles at Palm Plus Producties. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Administrative Supporter at StudiJob Uitzendbureau and a Nanny at Joop van den Ende Theaterproducties. Marthe holds a Master of Law in Dutch Criminal Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has qualifications in Musical Theatre and Dance Education from NME Academie and Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, respectively.
