Charles Zhao (Changkai Zhao) has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Charles Zhao started their career in 2009 as an intern at Uniquesoft, where they assisted in process reviewing and updating. In 2010, they became a Software Engineer at the same company, taking on the role of test leader for the Internal Management Tool and also developing certain features as a developer. From 2012 to 2013, Charles worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Uniquesoft, where they were responsible for maintaining and improving the organization's Quality Management System. In 2013, they joined Bleum as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they worked closely with offshore development teams to ensure CMMI and agile maturity. Charles has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, test management, and software quality assurance throughout their career.

Charles Zhao (Changkai Zhao) pursued their education in the field of Computer Software Engineering and Computer Science (CS). From 2006 to 2010, they attended Portland State University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree. Following that, they joined Fudan University from 2012 to 2014 to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering.
