Charles de la Vergne is an accomplished finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Assistant Controller at Blessey Marine since February 2012, Charles oversees comprehensive financial activities, including the preparation of financial statements for various stakeholders. Previously, as Controller at Americas Insurance Company from April 2009 to February 2012, Charles managed overall accounting operations and ensured compliance with established procedures while facilitating audits. Early career experience includes roles as Audit Senior and Audit Staff at Deloitte & Touche from January 2006 to April 2009. Charles holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Millsaps College.
