Jules Smith is a seasoned professional with expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup engagement. Currently serving as Co-Founder of We Are Blend Ltd, which specializes in video-first onboarding for the deskless workforce, Jules also contributes as a Wizly Expert, facilitating micro-consulting in Product Management, Talent, and Marketing. Previous roles include Entrepreneur at Antler, Innovation and Venture Scouting Manager at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, and Innovation Consultant at CO:CUBED, where Jules focused on sustainability and collaborative innovations. As Head of Startups & Investors at Unbound, Jules managed global programs and events in the startup ecosystem.
