Dana C. Rowan, CRE, serves as the Principal and Managing Partner at The Exeter Companies, along with managing a joint venture affiliate, Exeter Asset Growth Ventures. Rowan also holds the position of Strategic Partner and Corporate Advisor at BLDUP, Inc., and is a General Partner in the TEC Hospitality Investment Partnership for Glenmoor by the Sea Hotel Resort. Additionally, Rowan acts as Managing Director and Principal for Paradigm Properties & Paradigm Capital Advisors and was the National Head of Acquisitions at Metropolitan Properties.
