Daniela Ruiz serves as a Regional Manager II for BMC. Ms. Ruiz oversees the operations of over 2,100 units in Class C communities. Daniela joined the company in 2016 and brings over 12 years of experience in Section 8 Housing, HUD, and tax credit housing. Prior to BMC, she worked at Forest City as a Resident Services Manager.
