Breck Vinson is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the construction and utilities sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager and Project Manager at BLD Services LLC since May 2019, Breck oversees project execution and regional operations. Prior to this role, Breck worked at Layne, A Granite Company from November 2003 to April 2019 as Project Manager for Layne Inliner, LLC, managing project bids and assessments. Earlier experience includes positions at Reynolds, Inc. from September 1996 to November 2003, holding roles as Assistant Project Manager and Foreman, focusing on project bid estimations, budget management, scheduling, and crew leadership. Breck is an alumnus of Western Kentucky University, where education was completed from 1993 to 1996.
