Tawnya Redding, M.S.Ed SPED, serves as the Department Manager at BlazerWorks, where efforts focus on elevating special education nationwide. Previously, Tawnya held the role of Special Education Advisor, providing support to K-12 educators and districts. As a co-founder of Money Saved is Money Earned, LLC, Tawnya honed skills in research, content writing, and website development from 2018 to 2022. Tawnya's background includes experience as a Special Education Teacher at Portland Public Schools, emphasizing curriculum development and interdisciplinary collaboration, as well as a Child and Adolescent Treatment Specialist at Trillium Family Services, where crisis management and social/emotional coaching were key responsibilities. Tawnya holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching, an Honors Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Management at Boise State University.
