Kirsten Bright currently serves as a Care Manager at Blaze Health since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kirsten worked at Bluestone Physician Services from July 2014 to April 2022 as a Lead Care Coordinator, focusing on care coordination for the MSHO and MSC+ population while supervising fellow care coordinators. Earlier experience includes positions as a Care Coordinator for MSHO at Woodbury Health Care Center, where responsibilities included managing a caseload of individuals recovering from illness and facilitating discharge planning, and as a Licensed Social Worker at Golden Living Center - Chateau, where caseload management involved residents with mental illness, dementia, and substance abuse while participating in care conferences and interdisciplinary teams. Kirsten Bright earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from St. Catherine University between 2007 and 2011.
