Francis Pendon has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Vice President at Blau & Associates since May 2017, overseeing renowned establishments such as Parq Vancouver's Honey Salt and The Victor. Prior to this role, Francis held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Parq Vancouver, managing a diverse range of dining venues and events. Previous experience includes a decade at Glowbal Restaurant Group as General Manager and Corporate Beverage Manager, as well as roles in various culinary positions at James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant, Nick's Restaurant & Bar Group, Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House, and Earls Kitchen + Bar.
