Glen Jester Ebina is a UI/UX Developer at BlastAsia, Inc. since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading the design phase for app solutions, creating wireframes and mockups, training junior developers on UI design fundamentals, and assisting interns with webpage development. Previously, Glen served as a Junior Software Developer at Sysplex IT Solutions OPC, focusing on both front-end and back-end management of a Japanese web-based application, designing mockups using Figma, and converting wireframes into code. At RBT Consulting Corporation, Glen enhanced and monitored clients' Human Resource Information Systems, creating modules and programming functions as needed using Python and the Odoo Framework. Glen began career development as an Information Technology Intern at NTT DATA Phils. Inc, assisting the Business Development Team. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines (2015-2019) and additional training at Zero To Mastery Academy.
