Plamena Pavlova currently serves as the Head of Project Management at Blaser Group since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Strategic Buyer at Hitachi Energy from June 2020 to February 2023, where Plamena was involved in negotiating price and delivery conditions and creating contracts. Previously, Plamena worked at Blaser Group as a Production Planning and Control specialist from June 2015 to June 2020, managing production processes, material requirements, and supplier communications while ensuring cost efficiency and delivery reliability. Plamena holds a Master's degree in Corporate Business and Management from the University of Economics - Varna and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski." Educational background also includes attendance at National Aprilov Gymnasium.
