Susana Murillo Soto is a Senior Software Tester Engineer at Blankfactor since December 2021, where leadership in the manual testing process and a shift-left approach have been pivotal in identifying bugs early in the Agile development cycle for financial software. Previously, Susana worked as a Manual Software Tester Engineer at First Factory, conducting end-to-end testing of simulation software for medical and educational purposes, and performed smoke and regression testing to enhance user experience. Prior experience at Amazon included roles as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Lead and Manual QA Tester for Machine Learning, focusing on testing Natural Language Understanding models and Alexa's devices. Susana holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Costarricense, earned between 2012 and 2016.
