Maria Camila Castro currently serves as a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Blank Street, where employment began in June 2022, following their role as Supply Chain Manager UK and Supply Chain Masters Intern. Prior experience includes consultancy work at Sector & Segment Group, focusing on the oncologic journey and medical nutrition products, as well as digital strategy consulting at NTT DATA Services, where procurement processes were redesigned for a gas distribution company. At PwC Colombia, significant contributions were made in advisory roles, including demand forecasting for the dairy sector during the COVID-19 pandemic and strategic sourcing assessments for confectionary firms. Maria has also held teaching assistant roles at Universidad de los Andes, supported product launches at Unilever, and holds a Master of Science in Strategic Entrepreneurship & Innovation from King's College London, along with a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
