Jeffrey N. Rosenthal is a Partner at Blank Rome LLP, where tenure has included the role of Senior Litigation Associate since September 2008, following experiences as a Summer Associate in 2007 and as a Senior Westlaw Student Representative at Thomson Reuters Westlaw from 2006 to 2008. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, along with a National Security & Counterterrorism Law Certificate, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Psychology from Penn State University, both awarded with distinction. Notable legal experience also features serving as a Student Attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic and a Law Clerk for the Honorable John P. Dean, Principal Administrative Law Judge, where judicial opinions and administrative orders were researched and drafted.
