Michael Kinlin has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Michael began their career as a Marketing Intern at Beacon Press in 2007. In 2008, they became an English Teacher at Methuen High School. In 2012, they started working as an Editor/Curator at Track180. Finally, in 2013, they took on the role of Client Service Director at Blank Label.

Michael Kinlin attended Emerson College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Writing, Literature and Publishing.
