Florent V. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. From 1992 to 2005, they worked at COMOTEC SA as the Responsible Logistique et Approvisionnements. In 2005, they joined Loubsol (Groupe Batteur) as the Responsable logistique achats. Florent then moved to Blancpain in 2006, where they held several positions including Acheteur approvisionnement, Responsable des achats, and currently, as the Head Of Procurement.

Florent V. began their education in 1986 at Lycée Victor Bérard, where they obtained a Brevet d'enseignement Professionel in Micromécanique in 1987. Following this, they attended Lycée du Pré Saint Sauveur from 1988 to 1989, earning a Baccalauréat in F1 construction mécanique. In 1990 to 1991, Florent studied at Lycée du Pré Saint Sauveur again, completing their Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Mécanique et Automatismes Industriels. Finally, they attended EAABC Ecole d'Application de l'Arme Blindée Cavalerie in 1991 to 1992, where they obtained the degree of Officier with a focus in Encadrement.
