Ashley Rusher is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in bankruptcy and creditor's rights. Since May 2001, Ashley has served as a Shareholder and Managing Director on the Firm Management Committee at Blanco Tackabery & Matamoros, P.A., where Ashley also chairs the Business Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Practice Group. Previous roles include Litigation Counsel at Fleet Finance, Inc., and various law clerk positions within United States Bankruptcy Courts. Ashley's legal career began as an Associate Attorney at Allman Spry Humphrey Leggett & Howington and House & Blanco, specializing in representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases. Ashley holds a Doctor of Law from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kentucky.
