Linda Elswick, BSN, RN, CIT, is an experienced nursing professional and co-owner of ELSMART Associates LLC, specializing in safety management assessment and regulatory training since January 2017. Linda has served as a Unit Team Leader at Blanchard Valley Health System since September 2005 and previously worked as a Registered Nurse at Carington Health Systems from July 1994 to March 2005. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Northwest, earned between 2015 and 2017, and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Owens Community College, completed in 1994.
