With a career spanning over two decades, Monteith has held significant roles including Principal Consultant at Monteith Consulting LLC, where focus areas included project training and learning system design. Previous experience includes managerial positions at E. & J. Gallo Winery, director of Talent Management at Santee Cooper, and Vice President roles in Talent Management and Learning & Development at Nephron Pharmaceuticals and Boise Inc.
