Ken Blanchard is a distinguished author and thought leader in leadership and organizational behavior, serving as Chief Spiritual Officer and Co-Founder at Blanchard since 1979. Prior experience includes Co-Director at the Center for Leadership Studies from 1976 to 1980, and a role as Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at California American University from 1976 to 1979. Blanchard was also a Professor of Educational Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1970 to 1977, and held the position of Assistant to the Dean of the College of Business Administration and Assistant Professor of Management at Ohio University from 1966 to 1970. Blanchard earned a PhD in Education Administration, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior from Cornell University, alongside a Master's degree in Sociology and Counseling from Colgate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Philosophy from Cornell University.
