Ciro Rodrigues de Mello is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in high-level management roles. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior S.A. (Bladex) since October 2019, Ciro previously held the position of General Manager at Itaú Unibanco from June 2011 to January 2019. Prior to that, Ciro was Managing Director and Head of the London Branch at BANCO ITAU BBA INTERNATIONAL, SA, from September 2008 to June 2011, and served as Executive Senior Vice President at BankBoston from August 1989 to October 2006. Ciro holds a Master of Business Administration from Ibmec and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, along with an Executive Program from Singularity University.
