Tania Setunge has extensive work experience in the HR and administration field. Tania is currently working as a Senior HR & Admin Specialist at BlackSwan Technologies, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Consultant- HR | Talent Acquisition at Virtusa from October 2022 to December 2022. From August 2021 to October 2022, Tania worked as a Senior Executive- HR | Talent Acquisition at HCL Technologies. Before that, they were an Executive- HR & Admin at Texus Solutions from July 2020 to July 2021. Tania also worked as an Executive- Administration at POTENZA from May 2019 to June 2020. Tania started their career as a Coordinator- HR & Admin at Ranjana Salon & Academy in January 2015 and worked there until May 2019. Prior to that, they briefly worked as an Insurance Assistant- Customer Relations Officer at JANASHAKTHI INSURANCE PLC from May 2014 to December 2014.

Tania Setunge has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and obtained a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM). Tania continued their education at the same institute in 2014, completing a Foundation Course in HRM and a Certificate Course in HRM in 2015.

In terms of their ICT education, Tania attended ICBT Campus, where they obtained a Diploma in ICT with a specialization in Information Technology. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained a Certificate in eCitizen from ECDL Foundation-ICDL Sri Lanka.

Tania also pursued training programs in different areas. In 2013, they participated in a Training Programme on Entrepreneurship Development offered by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Skills Development. The same year, they also completed a Training Programme on Teaching Methodology at the University of Vocational Technology.

Furthermore, Tania pursued studies in cosmetology, earning a National Diploma (NVQ 5) from the Tertiary & Vocational Education Commission between 2016 and 2018.
