Steven Cook is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and asset management. As a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group since July 2017, Steven leads significant initiatives in financial sponsorship. Prior to this role, experience includes an Associate position at Leonard Green & Partners and an Analyst role at Credit Suisse, contributing to expertise in growth funds and private equity. Earlier internships at Apollo Management, Guggenheim Partners, and Apple provided foundational knowledge in finance and investment. Steven holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance from The Wharton School, complemented by additional coursework at Copenhagen Business School.
