Elena Ault is an accomplished individual currently serving as an Incoming Analyst in Real Estate Acquisitions at Blackstone since June 2023. Previously, Elena held the title of Summer Analyst in the same field. Elena is also a Milstein Scholar in the Milstein Program in Technology and Humanity at Cornell University, selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants. At Cornell, Elena has worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Real Estate Financial Modeling course and has held multiple leadership roles in the Cornell Society for Women in Business, including Co-President. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate at Impact Investing at Cornell, a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Global Industrials Group, and various roles in research and project management. Elena is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Cornell University, expected to graduate in 2024.
