Ralf Gutbell started their work experience in 2012 as a Softwareingenieur at Logica. In 2013, they joined Fraunhofer IGD as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter and worked there until 2020. In 2020, Ralf became a Produktverantwortlicher at NEXPLORE and held this position until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at blackshark.ai.

Ralf Gutbell received a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatik from Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2004 to 2009. Ralf then pursued a Master of Science degree in Informatik from the same university from 2005 to 2011.
