Sharon Foretia currently serves as a Director at BlackRock, focusing on talent management, performance management, and strategic initiatives within the Talent and Culture pillar of the DEI strategy since February 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Goldman Sachs from July 2011 to December 2020, where Sharon held various roles in Human Capital Management, culminating in the position of Vice President. Responsibilities included overseeing diversity and inclusion efforts for the Asia Pacific region and managing gender and disability strategies for the Americas. Sharon's early career at Goldman Sachs involved roles in diversity and inclusion training, program orientation, and services within the Human Capital Management team. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, earned in 2011.
