Reggie Ahaneku is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in Unified Communications (UC) and telephony infrastructure support. Currently serving as a Senior UC Consultant at BlackRock since September 2016, Reggie specializes in Cisco UC infrastructure for EMEIA, APAC, and AMER regions, alongside automation scripting using Python and VBA. Previous roles include Senior IPT Consultant at Logicalis UK and Infrastructure Developer at the Financial Ombudsman Service, where Reggie provided critical support for various CUCM and UCCX systems. Reggie's career began as a Network Engineer at Phoenix IT Services, where involvement with renowned clients included T-Mobile and Goldman Sachs, leading to expertise in a wide array of voice technologies and network support solutions. Reggie holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems from London Metropolitan University.
