Ravi Lakhani serves as the EMEA Head Executive Recruitment and Regional Lead for Front Office Recruitment at BlackRock since March 2018, overseeing two teams responsible for executive and lateral hiring across the organization. Personal areas of focus include Private Markets, distribution across institutional and wealth management, regional management, portfolio management, sustainable investing, and trading. Prior to this role, Ravi worked as a Sales Manager at a tech start-up and accrued extensive experience as a Headhunter in various firms, specializing in Fixed Income and commodity trading. Ravi holds a Master's degree in French and Russian from the University of Oxford, earned from 2003 to 2007, and is recognized as the 2019 Hackathon winner while also leading HR initiatives for veteran and athlete internships.
