Pamela Corson, PhD, LPC, CADC, CEAP, currently serves as the Global Head of Mental Health at BlackRock, where responsibilities include leading the global mental health strategy and enhancing a culture of support for mental well-being. Previously, at Prudential Financial, Pamela held the title of Vice President of Global Health and Well-being, managing behavioral health initiatives, including Employee Assistance Programs and providing consultation on mental health and substance use issues. Earlier experience at Johnson & Johnson encompassed roles such as Global Director of Employee Assistance and Work Life Effectiveness, where programming and strategies were designed for employee support, along with leading various health service initiatives. Academically, Pamela holds a PhD in Natural Health Science from the University of Natural Medicine, an MA in Counseling from The College of New Jersey, and a BS in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
