Montell Ince possesses extensive experience in finance and sales, currently serving in the iShares & Wealth Sales division at BlackRock since August 2022. Previous roles include Associate at upReach and Candidate at SEO London, both since June 2019, and Membership in the Association for Project Management since April 2019. Montell has also worked as a Claims Representative and Claims Assistant at Enterprise from November 2021 to August 2022, as well as in various capacities at BlackRock and Microsoft, including a Customer Success Manager role. Additional experience includes being a Mentee at KPMG and working as a Finance Assistant at the University of Surrey Students' Union. Montell's educational background includes a degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Surrey and participation in a Summer academy at IÉSEG School of Management.
