Mirjam Staub-Bisang currently serves as Chair and Senior Advisor at BlackRock Switzerland and has been with the company since November 2018, following a role as CEO of BlackRock Asset Management Switzerland Ltd. Additionally, Mirjam holds the position of Non-Executive Director and Trustee at Bata Group, providing oversight for a global shoe retailer, and has served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Endowment Committee at INSEAD from 2010 to February 2020. Past leadership roles include Chair of the Board at Profond Vorsorgeeinrichtung, Non-Executive Director at Bellevue Group and ABN AMRO Investment Solutions, and Co-Founding Managing Partner and CEO at Independent Capital Group AG. Mirjam's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Zurich, complemented by recognition as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
