Kanika Sachdeva is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Vice President at BlackRock since October 2024, Kanika previously held the position of Senior Engineer at The Economist, where responsibilities included overseeing all stages of the software development life-cycle and advising on programming standards. Earlier roles include Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Ericsson, where Kanika managed full stack engineering activities, and Lead Information Technology Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on end-to-end development with React and Angular JS. Additional experience includes contributions as a Senior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra and Senior System Engineer at Infosys, developing hybrid mobile applications and responsive web applications, respectively. Kanika earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University.
